Book your doula consultation today!

Complimentary Consultation

We begin with a free consultation call. This is an opportunity for us to connect, talk through your hopes for birth, and explore what kind of support you are looking for. You can ask questions, share your preferences, and make sure this feels like the right fit for your family.

There is no pressure. Choosing the right doula should feel comfortable and aligned.

Booking & Securing Your Spot

If you decide to move forward, I will send over your service agreement along with payment details. Payment plans are available if needed. Once completed, your due date is officially reserved on my calendar, and your support begins.

From there, we will schedule your prenatal appointments and begin preparing intentionally for birth.

Prenatal Preparation & On Call Support

We will meet for your prenatal visits to discuss your birth preferences, comfort techniques, and any questions that arise as you approach delivery. A final visit is typically scheduled closer to your due date to review plans and ensure you feel confident and prepared.

I begin on call availability at 37 weeks. When active labor begins, I join you and remain by your side throughout labor and delivery. After your baby arrives, I continue support through communication and a postpartum visit to help you transition into those early days with reassurance and care.
