Pregnancy
• Complimentary consultation call
• Two intentional prenatal preparation visits
• On-call availability beginning at 37 weeks
• Ongoing text support throughout pregnancy
• Full access to my thoughtfully curated resource list
Labor and Delivery
• Arrival when active labor begins, remaining by your side through delivery
• Continuous emotional reassurance and steady presence
• Hands-on comfort measures and supportive birthing positions
• Guided breathing and grounding techniques
• Advocacy that strengthens your voice in decision-making
• Partner guidance so they feel confident supporting you
• Continued support for up to two hours after birth
Postpartum
• Ongoing text support for up to six weeks after birth
• One in-home postpartum visit between 2 and 4 weeks
• Space to process your birth experience and receive gentle guidance as you transition into early motherhood
Sibling care and growing family support are available upon request for an additional investment.
